Pure Durban strain

With Pure Durban, breeder Anesia Seeds has a pure Sativa of South African origin in its portfolio. The seed company has feminised the genetics but retained all the qualities of the original strain. These include high yields and a special, very distinctive taste. However, growers should have plenty of space in their home or garden.

 

As you would expect from a pure Sativa strain, flowering is quite long at 9 to 11 weeks. If you grow this strain indoors, plants will quickly get out of control if you don't prune them or make them flower early. As is normal for a pure Sativa, they stretch a lot during flowering. So if you want to keep them at an average height of 90-120cm, keep a close eye on them and flower them when they are 10-15cm tall. Outdoors, the plants will grow to a height of 300 cm. The vigour and strong growth is reflected in the yield. Indoors you can expect around 600g per m2, while outdoors it is around 800g per plant. Outdoors, buds are ready to harvest from early to mid-October. Despite the 100% Sativa genetics, Pure Durban's buds remain relatively compact and very, very resinous.

 

The high from Pure Durban is totally energetic. It has a creativity-enhancing effect and a slight psychedelic component. With a THC content of 22%, the effect is strong and long lasting. Taken in small doses, it is also ideal for a little boost throughout the day.

 

The flavour of this strain is predominantly fruity and sweet, unlike many Sativa haze varieties. A subtle pine aroma is also present, giving the strain its unique and distinctive taste.
