Gelato Kiss strain

Gelato Kiss is an extremely resinous cannabis strain that is ideal for extraction, combining the flavour profiles of its two parents with a fruity, sour candy taste. Elev8 Seeds used Sour Patch Kiss for breeding, a strain the seed bank describes as one of its crown jewels and from which Gelato Kiss inherits her immense trichome production and intense flavour. The other parent strain, Gelato #33, increases yield and potency and complements the flavour profile perfectly with creamy and acidic notes.

 

Gelato Kiss is an Indica-leaning hybrid (70% Indica) whose effects are most noticeable in the body. But its Sativa heritage also provides a stimulated mind coupled with a gentle euphoric high. Gelato Kiss is primarily relaxing, stimulating the appetite and leaving you in a state of languid bliss. As a result, you can expect a long-lasting and far-reaching effect that will help you forget your worries and relax wonderfully. However, with an exceptionally high THC level of up to 26%, caution is advised when consuming Gelato Kiss. Otherwise the effect can be completely paralysing, leaving you paralysed on the sofa for the rest of the day. 

 

Gelato Kiss combines the sweet taste of ripe fruit with the tangy citrus of Sour Patch Kiss and the creamy, tart taste of Gelato #33. Smoking Gelato Kiss is a unique experience, with sweet and sour flavours first spreading across the tongue. As you exhale, this fruity taste is enhanced by spicy, earthy Kush notes, creating a particularly rich smoking experience.

 

These feminised Gelato Kiss seeds develop into beautiful plants without much effort, so even inexperienced growers can look forward to first-class yields. Some Gelato Kiss phenotypes take on dark purple hues during the flowering phase, which further accentuates the snow-white layer of trichomes, making these plants even more eye-catching. Grown in a grow tent, the feminised seeds will produce plants 60-110cm tall with extremely resinous buds and a phenomenal weed smell that will only be prevented from spreading throughout your home by good air filtration. After a short flowering period of 8-9 weeks, these delicious buds are finally ready for harvest, where they can weigh an incredible 600 grams per square metre when grown using SCROG and SOG methods. Outdoors, the plants do best in a warm environment. They can reach a maximum height of around 180cm and yield between 500 and 700 grams each. If you sow between April and the end of May, you have a good chance of harvesting the finest buds in mid-October (Northern Hemisphere).
