Sweet ZZ seeds

Sweet ZZ, also known as Zkittlez or Skittlez, is the version of this well-known and very popular strain by Royal Queen Seeds, which originally emerged from a cross between Grape Ape and Grapefruit. It is best known for its incredibly sweet and intense flavor, but it has so much more to offer.

 

When grown indoors, the height of the plants can vary between 80 and 140 cm, depending on how much light you provide and how long you leave the plants in the growing stage. Basically, Sweet ZZ triples in size when you have switched into flowering, and thus has an average stretch. Outdoors, however, the plants grow between 160 and 200 cm tall. In any case, a strong, large main bud develops with somewhat thinner side branches. After 7 to 9 weeks, the flowering period is complete and growers are rewarded with large yields. 550 to 600 g per m2 are possible indoors. Outdoors, each plant yields between 500 and 550 g and is ready to harvest in early October (northern hemisphere). 

 

The THC level of around 22 percent makes Sweet ZZ a medium to strong strain with around 80 percent indica genetics. The effect is therefore primarily physical and is characterized by serenity and a blissful body feeling. The weed is easy to dose and is therefore also suitable for inexperienced consumers.

 

The terpene profile of this weed is characterized by sweet, fruity and sour notes and was the first of its kind to bring this terpene profile so clearly to the fore. The flavor is comparable to an intense lemon lollipop or simply Skittles candy.
