Loukoum strain

Perfect Tree's Loukoum strain is the result of a masterful cross between an unmistakable California Black Roze clone from Dying Breed Seeds and a carefully selected Jet A (Perfect Tree breeder's cut). The result is a photoperiodic, Indica-dominant hybrid whose terpenes are close to the classic Turkish Delight smell. The medium sized plant is feminised and develops a medium spread during the first 2-3 weeks of flowering, meaning it will not grow over 100cm to a maximum of 120cm under normal indoor conditions.

 

Loukoum has a relaxing effect, both physically and mentally. This high-THC strain, at around 24%, delivers a calming stone that is perfect for relaxing evenings or just chilling out.

 

The taste and aroma of Loukoum is a feast for the senses. After harvesting, drying and curing the buds, Loukoum unfolds an olfactory and visual spectacle. The colours of the flowers range from pink to purple and contrast beautifully with the dense white or amber layer of resin. The unique aroma is a blend of sweet and floral notes, reminiscent of roses, over a creamy base, enriched with a hint of diesel.

 

Growing Loukoum is a rewarding experience for both indoor and outdoor growers. Indoors the plant develops long, dense buds that are very resinous and firm during a 7-9 week flowering period. This characteristic makes it an excellent candidate for the production of concentrates of all kinds. The structure of the buds develops very well, producing beautifully stacked nuggets shortly afterwards. At harvest you can look forward to a high yield that will more than make up for the effort involved in growing it. With a minimum of 600g/m² indoors, Loukum falls into the XL yield category. Grown outdoors, Loukoum can reach a height of 230 cm and produce 750 grams of the finest top shelf flowering material. Harvest time is the first half of October (Northern Hemisphere).
