Jamaican Dream CBD is easy to grow outdoors or indoors. Plants will reach relatively compact heights of 70-100cm indoors and have below average expansion during flowering, so should be kept a little longer in the growing phase if you want larger plants. The average yield is between 450 and 550 grams from 9 plants per m2. Outdoors, plants can grow to 180 cm and yield between 700 and 900 grams per plant. This is a very good yield considering that the flowering phase is over in 45 to 50 days. The short flowering time also makes this strain suitable for growing in regions with shorter summers, such as Germany, as it can be harvested as early as mid to late September.

 

What makes this strain special is that it contains THC and CBD in a 1:2 ratio. This means that while Jamaican Dream has a psychoactive effect, it is moderate. The high CBD content makes this strain great for medicinal use, for example for insomnia or as a soothing, gentle relaxation option. The distribution in the plant is THC: 5-8% and CBD: 10-16%.
