Black Kush strain

Black Kush from The Cali Connection is a premium Kush variety with hybrid genetics. It is the result of a cross between TCC Girl Scout Cookies and Blackwater, two legends of recent American cannabis history. But the name has a different origin. Towards the end of the flowering phase, the leaves of the plants turn a dark purple colour that can look almost black - a fantastic sight!

 

The feminised seeds produce vigorous plants with a lush main flower, making them perfect for a SOG (Sea of Green) grow. Indoors they reach an average height of 100cm, while outdoors they can reach over 200cm. The flowering phase lasts between 8 and 9 weeks. Indoors you can expect a yield of around 500g per m2, while outdoors a good 600g per plant is possible, ready for harvest in early October.

 

Despite being a hybrid with relatively balanced genetics, the effect of the plant is clearly Indica-heavy. The 25 per cent THC content provides a powerful relaxation that spreads pleasantly throughout the body. The effect also stimulates the appetite (danger of food poisoning!) and a good mood. This weed makes you happy!

 

The origin of this strain is clear from the taste. The earthy Kush aroma is the star of this ensemble, which is otherwise characterised by fruity citrus and a subtle biscuit aroma.
