The strain Frootz by Grounded Genetics contains the best Cali genetics and can boast of its famous parents. The mother plant is the hybrid powerhouse Apple Fritter (Lumpy's Cut). Apple Fritter (Sour Apple X Animal Cookies) by Lumpy is considered the best clone on the market. Its distinctive features include remarkable yields, a THC content of a remarkable 28-32%, buds tending to purple, an exceptional taste of freshly baked apple pie, and massive resin production in late flowering. Apple Fritter is also known for its potent and extremely relaxing effect. Grounded Genetics appreciates all these characteristics of Apple Fritter, only the terpene profile did not completely convince him. Therefore, Grounded crossed Apple Fritter with Runtz Male pollen. He tested whether the unique terpene profiles of the parents could be mixed without losing the resin-producing ability of the Apple Fritter mother. The experiment was a complete success and after another run of selection, Frootz was born.

 

The feminized Frootz seeds are suitable for outdoor and indoor growing. The plant grows medium sized and even inexperienced growers can expect substantial yields. With a little expertise, an XXL yield of over 600g/m² is quite common indoors. Outdoors, over 850 g of the deliciously resinous Top-Shelf Weed buds can be harvested per plant. The hybrid takes 8 - 9 weeks to flower to maturity and in an outdoor grow in the northern hemisphere is finished flowering by mid-October. In some of the phenotypes, the buds have pinkish-purple hues. During the flowering cycle, the buds exhibit great hash characteristics. Many sandy resin glands form, which are easily detached from the weed. Even after drying, the buds remain resinous above average.

 

Due to the balanced indica-sativa distribution (50/50), the hybrid has a very relaxing effect, both physically and mentally. With over 28% THC content, the weed is very strong. Inexperienced users should approach slowly. Already after the first puff, the muscles relax and negative thoughts fade away.
